Getting started / The app

Movago brings rides, scheduled trips, courier deliveries, events, and local services together in the customer app. This article explains getting started with the movago app, including the main workflow, relevant conditions, and what to expect in the app.
1. Welcome / register / login. Phone verification is a required step (Verify Phone). Email verification is a separate step (Verify Email).
2. Terms of Service must be accepted.
3. Complete Profile / Profile Setup collects the account details the app still needs.
4. On Home, if the account is not verified, the app opens Verification. You cannot use Home normally until verification finishes loading and, if required, until they are verified.
5. Get Help (Verification Help) is the verification help screen. It does not replace this chat.
6. Logout is under Settings โ Account Actions. The app asks them to confirm.
Saved logins can be managed under Password & Security โ Saved Login Info. Sign-in can also use a Passkey and Two-Factor Authentication. Connected Accounts links an outside account (Google connect can be suggested; it is not required to use the app).
Profile fields you can edit:
- Personal details, display name, home city, bio
- Languages
- Profile visibility
- Saved places (add and edit)
- Emergency contacts (add, edit, relationship)
The relevant booking category matters: a ride request, scheduled trip, courier delivery, service appointment, and event ticket are managed separately. Changes become visible when the corresponding action succeeds; an unavailable button, incomplete setup, or pending payment means the next stage has not yet been reached. Always rely on the status displayed for the particular item rather than assuming it has progressed.
Review the eligibility requirements and status described above. Missing required information, an earlier incomplete step, or an account-level limitation may prevent the action. Where the application displays a specific reason or a required next step, that message is the best guide to resolving the issue. For payments or decisions requiring review, use the relevant in-app support channel rather than assuming an automatic reversal or approval.
