Earnings / Payouts

Movago service providers manage their business profile, coverage, staff, listings, and bookings. This article explains receiving payouts and understanding available earnings, including the main workflow, relevant conditions, and what to expect in the app.
Connect the payout account on the earnings screen. Completed jobs record earnings. You can view them for 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 1 year, open one earning, and request a payout from the withdrawable balance. You can turn automatic payout on or off. The automatic threshold has to meet the minimum the screen shows, and the bank account has to be connected. Penalties, if any, are deducted from later service earnings.
The app should show earnings after jobs are completed, and a payout after you request one or automatic payout runs.
A job that is only confirmed has not earned yet. Withdrawable money is what you can pay out. Money still settling is not. A payout does not send until the payout account is connected and the balance meets the minimum on that screen.
The business owner controls service availability and staffing; assigned technicians record arrival, work progress, and completion. Changes become visible when the corresponding action succeeds; an unavailable button, incomplete setup, or pending payment means the next stage has not yet been reached. Always rely on the status displayed for the particular item rather than assuming it has progressed.
Review the eligibility requirements and status described above. Missing required information, an earlier incomplete step, or an account-level limitation may prevent the action. Where the application displays a specific reason or a required next step, that message is the best guide to resolving the issue. For payments or decisions requiring review, use the relevant in-app support channel rather than assuming an automatic reversal or approval.
