Earnings / Payouts

Movago drivers can publish scheduled trips or accept nearby ride and delivery requests. These are separate workflows with different requirements. This article explains receiving payouts and understanding available earnings, including the main workflow, relevant conditions, and what to expect in the app.
The payout account has to be connected. Request a payout only from the withdrawable balance. The request screen stays closed until that balance is at least 5,000 cents. Money that is still settling is not included.
You can turn on automatic payout. The threshold has to be at least the payout minimum the app shows, and the bank account has to be connected. You can turn automatic payout off. You can open payout history and cancel a payout that is still cancellable.
The app should show the payout requested, or automatic payout saved, and the payout status when you open it.
If the payout account is not set up, the screen says it is not set up. If the withdrawable balance is under 5,000 cents, you cannot request a payout. If part of the balance is still processing, only the withdrawable part counts. Automatic payout will not save without a connected bank account or if the threshold is below the minimum.
A published scheduled trip is different from a driver assignment accepted through nearby requests. The actions and status checks are not interchangeable. Changes become visible when the corresponding action succeeds; an unavailable button, incomplete setup, or pending payment means the next stage has not yet been reached. Always rely on the status displayed for the particular item rather than assuming it has progressed.
Review the eligibility requirements and status described above. Missing required information, an earlier incomplete step, or an account-level limitation may prevent the action. Where the application displays a specific reason or a required next step, that message is the best guide to resolving the issue. For payments or decisions requiring review, use the relevant in-app support channel rather than assuming an automatic reversal or approval.
