Movago Ads is a browser-based workspace for brands to manage advertising campaigns and creatives across Movago placements. This article explains setting up a movago ads brand account, including the main workflow, relevant conditions, and what to expect in the app.
### Brand setup
Company setup walks through:
1. Brand profile โ business type, contact details, brand description.
2. Social media โ public profiles so Movago can learn about the brand.
3. Account manager โ the primary contact for campaign support and billing questions.
### Create a company
If you need an organization (shared billing and storage):
1. Organization โ legal entity name and industry, used for billing.
2. Contact โ billing email, phone, and website.
3. Address โ registered business address, used on invoices and verification.
4. Review & launch โ confirm and create the company workspace.
### Link a brand to a company
Team โ Invite brand invites an existing brand. Roles on the invite are Member or Admin.
Linking explains:
- Shared payments
- Pooled storage
- Verification
- Team visibility
Steps: Organization access, then Link brand.
Creating a brand from the company sets the role to member.
Ad sets define delivery, campaigns pay for that delivery, and ads supply the creative. Each has its own status and requirements. Changes become visible when the corresponding action succeeds; an unavailable button, incomplete setup, or pending payment means the next stage has not yet been reached. Always rely on the status displayed for the particular item rather than assuming it has progressed.
Review the eligibility requirements and status described above. Missing required information, an earlier incomplete step, or an account-level limitation may prevent the action. Where the application displays a specific reason or a required next step, that message is the best guide to resolving the issue. For payments or decisions requiring review, use the relevant in-app support channel rather than assuming an automatic reversal or approval.
