Trips you post / Create and publish
Movago drivers can publish scheduled trips or accept nearby ride and delivery requests.
Movago drivers can publish scheduled trips or accept nearby ride and delivery requests. These are separate workflows with different requirements. This article explains how do i post a trip, including the main workflow, relevant conditions, and what to expect in the app.
Build it in order.
1. Name the trip, pick the vehicle, and set how many passenger seats you are selling. Smoking, pets, and a luggage note are optional.
2. If you will also carry packages, turn courier on and set how many package slots you have. If courier is off, package slots are zero.
3. Set the pickup, the drop-off, and any stops in order.
4. Set the departure time and an estimated arrival.
5. Set the price per seat and the currency. Flexible pricing is optional.
The passenger seat count you type is the seats riders can book. The app keeps one seat for you.
Save it. The app should show a success message and the trip in your trips as a draft. Riders cannot book a draft.
You cannot save without a payout account that is ready, a vehicle, pickup, drop-off, departure time, at least one seat, and a price per seat. If your planβs trip limit is used up, creation stops and says the trip quota is exceeded.
A published scheduled trip is different from a driver assignment accepted through nearby requests. The actions and status checks are not interchangeable. Changes become visible when the corresponding action succeeds; an unavailable button, incomplete setup, or pending payment means the next stage has not yet been reached. Always rely on the status displayed for the particular item rather than assuming it has progressed.
Review the eligibility requirements and status described above. Missing required information, an earlier incomplete step, or an account-level limitation may prevent the action. Where the application displays a specific reason or a required next step, that message is the best guide to resolving the issue. For payments or decisions requiring review, use the relevant in-app support channel rather than assuming an automatic reversal or approval.
