Movago Ads is a browser-based workspace for brands to manage advertising campaigns and creatives across Movago placements. This article explains ads, including the main workflow, relevant conditions, and what to expect in the app.

An ad must be attached to an active, paid campaign. If you have no such campaign, send them to create and pay for a campaign first. Creating the ad itself is not the card charge.
Create steps:
1. Creative type โ image or video. This decides which Brand Kit files you can pick.
2. Campaign โ an active, paid campaign.
4. Media โ files from the catalog item or the Brand Kit gallery.
5. Copy & CTA โ headline, description, button label, landing URL.
6. Review โ confirm, then publish.
Image โ a static banner or photo, for feed and card placements.
Video โ at most 30 seconds, and it needs a poster (cover) image from Brand Kit. If the video is longer, they must trim it before upload. Do not suggest a longer limit.
Button labels you can pick: Learn more, Shop now, Get started, Sign up, Book now, Order now, Download, Contact us, View offer, Get tickets, Subscribe, Try for free. Default is Learn more. The label cannot be longer than 40 characters. Title up to 100 characters. Description up to 500. Alt text up to 200.
Ad statuses: Active, Paused, Stopped. Lists can be sorted by created date, updated date, views, clicks, or click-through rate.
On an ad they may also open the pixel wizard (conversion tracking). That is separate from publishing the creative.
Ad sets define delivery, campaigns pay for that delivery, and ads supply the creative. Each has its own status and requirements. Changes become visible when the corresponding action succeeds; an unavailable button, incomplete setup, or pending payment means the next stage has not yet been reached. Always rely on the status displayed for the particular item rather than assuming it has progressed.
Review the eligibility requirements and status described above. Missing required information, an earlier incomplete step, or an account-level limitation may prevent the action. Where the application displays a specific reason or a required next step, that message is the best guide to resolving the issue. For payments or decisions requiring review, use the relevant in-app support channel rather than assuming an automatic reversal or approval.
