Ride requests / Going online
Movago drivers can publish scheduled trips or accept nearby ride and delivery requests.
Movago drivers can publish scheduled trips or accept nearby ride and delivery requests. These are separate workflows with different requirements. This article explains how do i offer on a request, including the main workflow, relevant conditions, and what to expect in the app.
Open a nearby request. Enter the amount you will be paid. It cannot be below the suggested base, and it cannot be above the maximum base when the request has one. Choose the two-letter province and the vehicle. You can set passenger count and a message of up to 280 characters.
The app should show the offer under My offers, and the request under My requests. The rider’s total includes fees and tax the app adds. You type your pay, not the rider’s total.
An offer under the minimum or over the maximum is rejected on the form. You need a vehicle and a province. You only see requests while you are online and near them.
A published scheduled trip is different from a driver assignment accepted through nearby requests. The actions and status checks are not interchangeable. Changes become visible when the corresponding action succeeds; an unavailable button, incomplete setup, or pending payment means the next stage has not yet been reached. Always rely on the status displayed for the particular item rather than assuming it has progressed.
Review the eligibility requirements and status described above. Missing required information, an earlier incomplete step, or an account-level limitation may prevent the action. Where the application displays a specific reason or a required next step, that message is the best guide to resolving the issue. For payments or decisions requiring review, use the relevant in-app support channel rather than assuming an automatic reversal or approval.
