Movago Ads is a browser-based workspace for brands to manage advertising campaigns and creatives across Movago placements. This article explains campaigns, including the main workflow, relevant conditions, and what to expect in the app.
Path: /app/control/campaigns Create: /app/control/campaigns/new One campaign: /app/control/campaigns/[id]
The create header says: pick an ad set, review delivery estimates, then launch with a one-time card charge (budget + 2.2% platform fee).
Create steps:
1. Objective โ what the campaign should achieve.
2. Ad set โ the delivery template (placement, pay type, audience). They must already have an ad set, or go create one first.
3. Campaign โ title (up to 100 characters) and optional internal notes (description up to 500 characters).
4. Budget & schedule โ budget and flight dates. Estimates update as they type.
5. Review & pay โ delivery forecast, choose a card, launch.
Objectives:
- Brand awareness โ maximize how many people recognize the brand.
- Reach โ show the ad to as many unique people as possible.
- Traffic โ drive visits to a website or landing page.
- Engagement โ likes, shares, comments, or other interactions.
- Lead generation โ sign-ups, inquiries, or contact details.
- Conversions โ valuable actions on a site or app.
- App promotion โ installs and in-app engagement.
- Sales โ purchases and revenue from a catalog.
The budget field allows 0.01 through 10,000 in the campaign currency. Do not quote a different minimum or maximum. The charge is that budget plus the 2.2% platform fee, shown as Platform fee (2.2%) on the forecast. Say it is a one-time card charge at launch, not a daily subscription, unless their own invoice says otherwise.
Campaign statuses (the screen shows them as words):
- Processing
- Pending review
- Active
- Paused
- Stopped
- Completed
- Rejected
Lists can be sorted by created date, updated date, start date, end date, or budget.
A rejected campaign needs a person if they want a decision reviewed. Do not say it will be approved.
Ad sets define delivery, campaigns pay for that delivery, and ads supply the creative. Each has its own status and requirements. Changes become visible when the corresponding action succeeds; an unavailable button, incomplete setup, or pending payment means the next stage has not yet been reached. Always rely on the status displayed for the particular item rather than assuming it has progressed.
Review the eligibility requirements and status described above. Missing required information, an earlier incomplete step, or an account-level limitation may prevent the action. Where the application displays a specific reason or a required next step, that message is the best guide to resolving the issue. For payments or decisions requiring review, use the relevant in-app support channel rather than assuming an automatic reversal or approval.
